I’m twelve days in, twelve days into my challenge to buy nothing brand new unless I sell something I already own. So today I asked myself, what do I have in my cupboard, spare room, kitchen, my garage, parents garage….. ANYWHERE that I no longer want, or need? Turns out there’s quite a bit but, I’m starting with an old noticeboard, it goes like this.
I like noticeboards, yes I’m one of ‘those’ people. I don’t deny it, I embrace it. But, I have never been able to find one I like, they all look so drab, like you’re in an office, a boring office, not a Sideways Crayon ‘office’. So today I took the old noticeboard we had and attacked it with paint. Turns out that drab noticeboard isn’t so drab after all. Check it out, what do you think? Progress?
What have you got in your house that could go from drab to fab?
PS you can get these big boards from Office Works for about $25, too easy to add your own lick of paint.

I found 3 old A-line skirts stored in a container out in the haybarn – and am wearing them all. They fit, and they suit my figure perfectly. Drab into fab and saving $’s.
